Can you say OMG? Once you use this Jerk Seasoning, you will not use any other seasoning that 'claims' its from Jamaica. WHY do we say this? Because its an authentic Jamaican Jerk Spice that is handmade, salt/sugar/additive free with the highest quality grade ingredients. We researched this spice blend for months, confirming with Jamaican chefs in Montego Bay, Kingston and Negril that this is is the blend what they use in all their recipes.
Jerk Seasoning
Unlike other spices that are LOADED with cheap fillers, we only use fresh ingredients that are sourced from Jamaica. We make everything by hand in a sanitized environment paying attention to every detail along the way.
We smoke our fresh Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Peppers and infuse them with Pimento Berries which gives them a savoury Smokey taste. We then dehydrate them to preserve the flavours.
We grind everything in small batches and then seal them in food grade bags that secures all the flavours.
